We are a family-run organic farm that leads more than 20 hectares of olive groves, where more than 2500 olive trees live mainly of the Dritta variety, indigenous and the most widespread in what is among the most famous and famous areas in all of Italy for production of quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Frantoiana, Intosso and Leccino, are three other varieties that populate the company's olive groves, which enjoy the draining and non-acidic soil and the particularly favorable climate of the Loreto Aprutino area, which has always been known for the sublime quality of its oils thanks to the influence of both the sea and the mountains, and where the vineyards of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo also dominate.
Our Organic Farm has been ICEA certified since 2007, mainly producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil (PDO Aprutino-Pescarese) from strictly untreated olive trees and land to obtain a high quality artisanal, organic oil.
The harvest is done with mechanical tools and the milling takes place within 6 hours at our company oil mill, equipped with a “Continuous” cold system that guarantees the conservation of all the organoleptic, olfactory and gustatory properties.
The oil is then stored in air-conditioned rooms in special containers and packaged only shortly before sale. Since 2015, the Cilli family has also started the farm business called "Olivuccia" which boasts visitors from all over the world.
