Our milk for the production of organic Parmigiano Reggiano is produced in full compliance with the REGULATIONS OF THE CONSORTIUM of Parmigiano Reggiano, with respect to which we have decided to introduce ADDITIONAL QUALITY CONDITIONS (on ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS and ANIMAL WELFARE).
Our crop production is entirely used by our cattle, who have free access to pasture and are treated with homeopathic and herbal remedies
