At the beginning of the 80s Antonio Fortunati , driven by love for his territory, a place of ancient tradition for the collection of truffles and mushrooms, and the passion for the precious gifts of the earth, undertook the realization of a dream: to make people known the products of his Umbria. His company, his dream, thus began to have solid foundations.
In 1998, to satisfy the needs of an ever-growing clientele, Antonio and his wife thought well to market the products preserved with truffles and mushrooms. It was during this period that they decided to open a sales point and to renovate an old family farm where to place what is still the laboratory (albeit more modern and avant-garde).
