The Oro di Diamanti farm is located on the Bolognese hills, an area surrounded by greenery, where nowadays no one is dedicated to agriculture anymore.
The land was uncultivated for over fifteen years, there was an old abandoned vineyard, it was uprooted and replanted taking into account the new organic farming techniques and the varieties suitable for the area to obtain a quality product.
We have learned that the area is particularly suited for the cultivation of the olive tree, therefore we have decided to plant cultivars suitable for the soil to produce a quality oil by hand.
In this uncontaminated environment, bees and our passion, can only give a natural product with all the characteristics and properties intact.
We do not use pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers.
The vines are cared for throughout the year to obtain quality fruit, rich in intense aromas and authentic flavors. Plants have a genuine relationship with the earth; each plant takes possession of the specificities of the soil in which it has its roots.
Careful management of the land and vines enhance the characteristics of our Pignoletto and our Cabernet Sauvignon.
