ELIXIR OF ZIBIBBO GRAPES
Elixir is produced by baking Zibibbo grape juice, with the addition of sugar. A perfect blend of sweetness and aroma gives a new tanginess to herby or strong cheeses, fresh goat cheeses and shellfish dishes. One teaspoonful spread on warm fresh bread can turn even the worst day into sunshine.
