Cantina Supersanum has a primary aim: the restoration of the microbiological balance and fertility of the Earth, through eco-sustainable agronomic practices, without the use of chemical fertilizers and synthetic plant protection products, implementing an organic-regenerative agriculture, with microbiological fight and artisanal-natural vinification methods.
All organic waste are transformed into compost with the help of earthworms. The compost is used to fertilize the vineyard, improve the soil structure and rich in regenerative microorganisms useful to counteract those degenerative (peronospora, oidium, botrytis, etc.).
