They were introduced by way of bluefin
tuna and bluefish from the Sicilian seas.

ICCAT quota - that have saved bluefin tuna
from extinction. Quality demonstrated
by facts, a rigorously controlled process
from capturing to freezing to the
transferring of the fish to the processing
establishment in Portopalo and all the way
through to conservation and distribution.

made noble by the use of extra virgin olive
oil and organic cold pressed sunflower seed
