Justine and Julien created Atticus Gourmet in 2020, in the middle of the COVID global pandemic. Lovers of food and good products, and not being satisfied with what was on the market, they started to produce ingredients themselves for their own use. The success with their family and friends led them to create Atticus Gourmet, inspired by the Attic way of life and going back to the fundamentals of cooking.
Atticus Gourmet is today a range of 5 organic extra virgin olive oils in which freshly harvested herbs have been infused for a powerful and unique flavor. They produce all their oils by hand, in a workshop near Paris. They have developed a demanding expertise, the result of many trials and refinements to obtain exceptional naturally flavored oils.
They currently offer infused organic extra virgin olive oils, with no preservatives, no colorants, no added flavors in a responsible packaging. The powerful and natural flavors of our oils can be used very simply by everyone but also by more advanced cooks to express their creativity.
