16 years have allowed the company to develop and to perpetuate a craft and human adventure entirely focused on good taste. Today, it turns in a concrete way towards quality products with a strong local accent. The constant research we carry out on our ingredients to select the best, makes the taste quality of our syrups the hallmark of our artisan company. Created in Apt in the heart of the Lubéron in the shadow of the Saint Anne cathedral and then located in the heart of the Mediterranean basin in Castelnau le Lez, the workshop develops and produces a complete range of syrups with around forty flavors predominantly fruit , flowers, aromatic plants and spices.
Each of the recipes are developed in response to the growing desire for pleasure and simplicity expected by today's consumers. Each ingredient is scrupulously selected according to its taste qualities, its local origin and its management of sustainable or organic cultivation. Because behind each of these ingredients and each of these bottles is a farmer with whom the company shares its values. This local anchoring, in the sun of the Thau Basin, is at the center of our project and our philosophy.
