Henriette & Sergent are atypical jams that make you travel like pineapple, pepper or sweet potato, rum and vanilla, made up of 80% fruit for 20% sugar in 130g jars that are quick to consume.
I combine the fruits, spices and edible plants that I devoured during my childhood in the Central African Republic to create new flavors.
Currently based in Paris, I tell you a bit of my identity through my jams.
For the record: Henriette & Sergent are my maternal great-grandparents.
