We are a family of French peasants, for several generations, located in the small Camargue Gardoise. We took over from our parents in 1998. Our property is located, in Camargue, close to the Petit Rhône, and on the edge of the Scamandre pond, an exceptional site classified Natura 2000. A haven of peace where nature has been preserved by our family for decades. The rest of the farm is located in the Cévennes on a marvelous site also classified as Natura 2000.
For 2 generations, we have been using AOP Taureau de Camargue * appellations, organic farming, IGP Camargue rice *. Our productions are rice *, chickpeas, lentils, common wheat, barley, oats, clovers,….
We transform with our identical or revisited recipes, of my great-grandmother Suzanne. So you will find old-fashioned terrines, farm flour, prepared dishes, revisited terrines, cold meats, bull ham ... but also fresh and frozen meat.
We are organic autonome, we feed the herd with our own production of hay, alfalfa, cereals and protein crops (which we reduce to flour) that we provide them every day in addition to the natural grass of the pastures where they are in total freedom.
You should know that our "bulls" in the Camargue need for their well-being to move naturally 8 to 10 km per day over the vast territory of our beautiful "Camargue".
