The peppers come from fields of our gardeners, located in the South West of France. The varieties of peppers are from all over the world, such as Habanero, Naga Jolokia, the California Reaper, etc. Our goal, to make taste buds through qualities organoleptics of this fruit unrecognized!
The peppers are Global certified G.A.P, untreated and grown in sustainable agriculture, respecting people and the environment. The raw material is more expensive but guarantees a very low carbon footprint, saving le savoir-faire of the French gardeners and maintaining economic activity in the hexagon.
