Light pink coloured rose wine made with a mixture of
four grapes (MERLOT, RONDINELLA, ROSSANELLA and SANGIOVESE), obtained
through a fermentation process at a controlled temperature after a short
period of contact between the “flower must” and the grape skins. It has
a fresh and intense bouquet.
ROSATO IGT TOSCANA
SANGIOVESE 100%. Vineyards in the hills of the commune of Murlo (Siena) at 180 m above sea-level. Soft pressing of the grapes, separation of skins and seeds, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
Very intensive rosé with violet reflections. Fine, very elegant with notes of fruits and a scent of red currants.

PASSITO BIANCO VENETO
White wine from spontaneous fermentation produced with the best grapes selected and put to rest in old barns in wooden boxes for 100-120 days during which unique aromas and aromas are formed. The fermenazione is made without maceration of the skins and the refinement is done only in steel preserving at most the aromas coming from the grapes, from drying and fermentation.
